Edmonton Leisure Centre

Construction of the Edmonton Leisure Centre will start in June 2012.

The Centre will be a dual purpose community leisure and disaster evacuation facility. It will be used to provide:

• Leisure facilities for residents of Cairns’ southern corridor, and 
• A safe haven in times of disaster.
