Julia has been re-elected as the Councillor for Division 10.

Division 10 includes the areas of Clifton Beach, Cooya Beach, Cow Bay, Craiglie, Daintree, Ellis Beach, Forest Creek, Green Island, Fitzroy Island, Lower Daintree, Macalister Range, Miallo, Mossman, Newell Beach, Noah, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, Rocky Point, Upper Daintree, Wonga and Wyanbeel.

Councillor Leu is a member of the Port Douglas Community Services Network, Douglas Shire Multi-Purpose Health Service Community Advisory Network, FNQ Area Consultative Committee, FNQ Regional Ministerial Communities Forum and the Combined Club Port Douglas.
