Local Area Multicultural Partnership (LAMP) - Services

LAMP can assist people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds in accessing Council services, agency referrals, facilitate consultations with all Council related business, assist community organisations in project development, networking and information dissemination.

The LAMP Officer who also goes under the title of Multicultural Planning and Development Officer, is located within the Council's Community Development unit.  The unit has a number of other officers who can also assist groups in accessing their programmes or any information related to their sector.
