DEPUTATIONS WITH CAIRNS REGIONAL COUNCIL

The Cairns Regional Council will accept formal deputations on Wednesday, 25 November 2009 between 1.00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Cairns Regional Council’s administration building located 64-66 Front Street, Mossman. Each delegation will be given a maximum of 15 minutes to make their presentation and must abide by the requirements of the Standing Orders.

Deputation Application forms will be available on Council's website (www.cairns.qld.gov.au) or can be obtained from the Customer Service Centre in Cairns and Mossman.

Written applications for deputations should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Cairns Regional Council, PO Box 359, Cairns and be received by close of business on Thursday, 19 November 2009.

Confirmation of appointments will be made in the week commencing 23 November 2009.
