Sustainable Living Expo

Come along to the Sustainable Living Expo on Sunday July 15, 2012 from 11am to 4pm on the Cairns Esplanade.

The Sustainable Living Expo is an annual celebration of sustainable living featuring interactive product displays, technology demonstrations, new innovations, live music, workshops, children’s activities and more. The Expo is organised by Cairns Regional Council and the Tropical North Queensland Institute of Tafe.

The Expo offers an excellent opportunity for local businesses and organisations that encourage sustainable living to promote their products or services and to share information with the community about their work.

Exhibit at the Expo

Would your sustainability-related business or group like to exhibit at the Expo? Registrations are now open and the registration form is available in the related documents section to the right. Just complete and return this form by June 22 to be part of this year's exciting event.

Schools photo competition

As part of this year’s Expo we are running a photo competition for local school students. In line with the theme of the Expo we’re encouraging students to take a photo of something that they think makes the world a better place and send it in to win some great prizes. Photos need to be submitted by June 15th and the best entries will be displayed at the Expo in July.
