Water billing

Water & Waste’s billing department is responsible for the reading and billing of approximately 65,000 accounts. Meter reading and the issuing of water notices to customers occurs three times each financial year.

Currently, water usage is charged at a rate of AU$1.01 per kilolitre (1000 litres) for residents and at a rate of AU$1.08 per kilolitre for commercial entities.
