Cairns Regional Council has compiled a list of sporting clubs and associations that currently operate in the region. This list only includes information which has been authorised by the club to be published on our website.
Sporting clubs and associations
Community personnel give enormous amounts of time to local sport and recreation. These positions of responsibility also change from time to time, and as a result, Council is constantly trying to keep abreast with changes to details within organisations.
To ensure our records are up to date, sport and recreation organisations are encouraged to complete the Sport & Recreation Club / Association / Venue Contact Details Form (either using the online form at right, or by printing the PDF form) and submit to Council as soon as possible.
The information collected via the contact details form will be used by Council officers to contact you in regard to:
- service delivery/consultation
- distribution of Council material
- other activities related to Council’s services and
- will provide us with updates to the listing of your organisation’s contact information on Council's website.
