Animal registration

		Online Payment Payment can be made through Council’s website, using your animal number as a reference number with your Visa* or MasterCard*. Go to Online Payments (All Visa and MasterCard credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge as of 1 July 2012)

		BPAY Contact your bank or financial institution to make payment from your savings or cheque account (credit card facilities are not available). Please quote Biller Code 78949.

		Australia Post Payment can be made in person at any Post Office (credit card facilities are not available). Simply remove the bottom section of your Animal Registration Renewal and present with your payment.

		Payment by Mail Remove the bottom section of your Animal Registration Renewal and mail with your cheque or money order to Cairns Regional Council, Local Laws, PO Box 359, Cairns QLD 4870. Cheques must be made payable to Cairns Regional Council and marked 'Not Negotiable.' Acceptance of a cheque is subject to collection of the proceeds. Post dated cheques are not accepted.

		In Person You can make payment at any of Council’s Business Offices using cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or money order. Change will not be given on cheques or money order.
