Rates & water usage notices via email
It's easy and convenient to opt-in to receive your Rates and Water Usage Notices direct to your email inbox. You can then download, save, print or just leave the notices in your inbox to access and pay on the go.
This is an opt in service for both Rates and Water Usage notices, which are issued at the normal times. If you do not opt in, you will continue to receive paper notices by post.
To opt in (register), please enter your assessment number/s and email address below.
Notes:
- Registrations received will take effect for the next Rates/Water issue.
- If a Reminder Notice is issued, it will be sent via post not email.
- If you have BPAY View registered, it will prevent this email registration taking effect. To proceed with email registration, you will first need to cancel your BPAY View registration via your internet banking institution, then complete and submit the form below.
- To cancel (opt out) of this service, please send an email to ratesandwaternotices@cairns.qld.gov.au with the subject line "Opt out of emailed notices". Ensure your postal address details are current. If you need to update your postal details, complete and submit the Change postal address online form.
- To update or change your registered email address, simply register again below using your new email address.
