About the Cairns Festival RADF Grant Round
Calling all artists, arts organisations, community groups, and youth and disability services!
We invite you to express your interest in joining the Cairns Festival 2025 program. If selected, you will have the opportunity to apply for funding through the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) to support your project.
We have a vision, to transform Cairns Festival into an international arts festival that presents surprising and immersive visual and performing arts experiences. We are seeking new work from local practitioners, emerging, experimental, and professional, that help us to reach this vision – to be surprising and immersive.
Applicants can apply for up to $10,000.
Who can apply?
- individual professional artists
- emerging professional artists
- arts workers
- cultural workers
- project coordinators
- collective/artist-run initiatives & groups. (Note: non-incorporated groups must be auspiced by an incorporated organisation, or an individual with an ABN)
- incorporated arts and cultural organisation
Before you apply
Applicants must read important information and discuss their project with Council's RADF Liaison Officer before submitting an application.
