Vibrance magazine highlights all the arts and cultural programs, projects and events of Cairns Regional Council. You can read about events at CPAC, Munro Martin Parklands, Court House Gallery and Tanks Arts Centre as well as grants of the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF), our creative developments, artists-in-residence outcomes and new public art installations.
